JAMAICA— Noah and Samantha Horowitz are calling it “the luckiest day of their lives” after winning an all-expenses-paid trip to Jamaica, Queens. “We just can’t believe it,” Noah said, who have never ventured more than four blocks from their Upper East Side brownstone. The cuisine, the people, the weather, it’s going to be incredible.” 

The couple is expected to depart Manhattan at 8:00 a.m. Monday and arrive in Jamaica at 8:50 a.m., pending F train delays.
